what rates do you work with?
Our advice services are on an hourly or daily rate, depending on your need. Outsourced HR administration is a monthly fee, based on the size of your business and to the level of your needs.
For project work, audits and training, we offer free consultancy conversations to establish your need and level of complexity. Then, it will be priced based on the scope. We are flexible, and there are no hidden costs.

What's up with the name and what does it mean?
In Swedish, “ömsat” means moulted or having shed skin.
It’s part of the biological life cycle for animals to shed their old skin in order to grow and make room for the next stage in life. This is equally true for organisations and part of their life cycle to shed their old ways, become more efficient and focus efforts on what adds value, in order to keep growing. That’s why.
